By accessing or using this Website, browsing its pages, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website.

1. Definitions

• "Customer" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Website or places an order.
• "Products" refers to women's clothing and apparel listed for sale on the Website.
• "Order" refers to a request placed by you to purchase one or more Products from the Website.
• "Services" refers to the e-commerce services provided through the Website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website and place orders. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. If you are under 18, you may only use the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and Pricing

• All products listed on the Website are women's clothing items sourced and sold by Breezoid.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colours and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) at the rate of 5%.
• We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order placement shall apply to that order.
• We do not make misleading claims about discounts. All discount percentages, if displayed, are calculated against the genuine Maximum Retail Price (MRP) or the original selling price.
• Product availability is subject to stock levels. We reserve the right to limit order quantities.

4. Orders and Payment

• Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the Products. Order confirmation by us constitutes acceptance of your offer.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons of product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or pincode non-serviceability.
• The total payable amount, including product price, GST, and shipping charges, is clearly displayed before checkout.
• We accept payments through UPI (Unified Payments Interface) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• For UPI payments, the order is confirmed only upon successful payment verification through our payment gateway. A "Payment Pending" notification does not constitute order confirmation.
• For COD orders, the order is confirmed at the time of placement and payment is collected upon delivery.
• We do not store any payment credentials (UPI PIN, bank details) on our servers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver across India to serviceable pincodes. Delivery availability is verified during checkout through pincode validation.
• Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days from the date of order confirmation, subject to location and courier availability.
• Shipping is free for orders above Rs. 999. A flat shipping charge of Rs. 79 applies to orders below Rs. 999.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, strikes, or force majeure events.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
• Refunds for eligible returns are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product and verify its condition.
• Order cancellations are accepted before the product is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. User Responsibilities

By using this Website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the order process.
• Not use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
• We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from force majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or pandemic-related disruptions.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Breezoid, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

11. Prohibited Items

Breezoid sells only women's clothing and apparel. We do not sell or facilitate the sale of prohibited or restricted goods including but not limited to drugs, weapons, counterfeit items, lottery tickets, adult content, tobacco, or alcohol. Any product listings found to violate these restrictions will be immediately removed.

The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 30 days.

14. Severability
