By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy. This Policy is compliant with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Important: Return requests raised after the 7-day window or for products not meeting the above conditions will not be accepted. All returns are subject to quality inspection at our facility.
Send your return request to info@breezoid.in with your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 business hours with approval status.
Once approved, ship the product back to our warehouse address provided in the approval email.
After quality check, your refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

For orders paid via UPI, refunds will be credited back to the same UPI-linked bank account. Please note that while we initiate the refund within the stated timelines, the actual credit may depend on your bank's processing time (additional 2-3 business days).
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will be required to provide your bank account details (Account Number, IFSC Code, and Account Holder Name) or UPI ID when raising the return/refund request.
If you placed an order with multiple items and wish to return only some of them, a partial refund will be issued for the eligible returned items only. Shipping charges, if originally applicable, will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product or size, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures faster processing and better inventory management.

For confirmed damage or defects, we will arrange for a pickup at no cost to you, or reimburse the return shipping cost. A full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.

The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 30 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
