Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases made through breezoid.in, operated by BREEZOID SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at 2nd Floor, No 235, 13th Cross Road, Stage 2, Hoysala Nagar, Binnamangala, Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka - 560038 (GSTIN: 29AANCB6143R1ZT).

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy. This Policy is compliant with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

• Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before the order has been shipped/dispatched. To cancel, email us at info@breezoid.in with your Order ID.
• After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, refuse delivery and the product will be returned to us. In this case, the refund will be processed after deducting any applicable reverse shipping charges of Rs. 79.

1.2 Cancellation by Breezoid

We reserve the right to cancel any order for the following reasons:

• Product is out of stock or discontinued
• Pricing or description error on the website
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transaction
• Delivery to the specified pincode is not serviceable
• Incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

In such cases, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• The product must be in its original packaging.
• A clear photograph or video of the product showing the defect/issue must accompany the return request.

2.2 Valid Reasons for Return

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
• Significant colour variation from what is shown on the website (beyond acceptable tolerance due to screen differences)
• Size not matching the size chart provided on the product page
• Missing items from the order

2.3 Items Not Eligible for Return

• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
• Products with removed tags or missing original packaging
• Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Products marked as "Non-Returnable" or "Final Sale" on the product page
• Free gifts or promotional items

4.2 Refund for UPI Payments

For orders paid via UPI, refunds will be credited back to the same UPI-linked bank account. Please note that while we initiate the refund within the stated timelines, the actual credit may depend on your bank's processing time (additional 2-3 business days).

4.3 Refund for COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will be required to provide your bank account details (Account Number, IFSC Code, and Account Holder Name) or UPI ID when raising the return/refund request.

4.4 Partial Refunds

If you placed an order with multiple items and wish to return only some of them, a partial refund will be issued for the eligible returned items only. Shipping charges, if originally applicable, will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product or size, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures faster processing and better inventory management.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

• Shipping charges on orders below the free shipping threshold (Rs. 999), unless the return is due to a defect or our error
• Products returned without prior approval
• Products that fail quality inspection during the return process
• Products received at our warehouse in a different condition from when they were shipped
• Return requests raised after the 7-day return window

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@breezoid.in with:

• Your Order ID
• Clear photographs showing the damage/defect
• Photograph of the shipping label on the package

For confirmed damage or defects, we will arrange for a pickup at no cost to you, or reimburse the return shipping cost. A full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timelines:

• Check your bank account or UPI transaction history again
• Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary
• If the issue persists, email us at info@breezoid.in with your Order ID and refund reference details, and we will investigate promptly

The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 30 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
